During the instalment, Billie, 32, and Greg, 37, celebrated son Arthur’s fifth birthday with an incredible Marvel-themed party at a trampoline park.
However, chat soon turned to whether the couple, who also have daughter Nelly, seven, had any plans for more children.
Billie’s mother Suzie and Greg’s mum Linda decided to work together as they discussed how many grandchildren they have.
Linda revealed that she has seven grandchildren to which Suzie replied: “I’m going to have five, there’s number five in there,” to which she pointed to other daughter Sam Faiers, who is currently pregnant with her third child and already has children Paul Jr and Rosie.

Suzie added: “I’m catching up with you Linda, it’s never ending! I wonder if Billie and Greg will have any more, what do you reckon?”
They then decided to call Greg over where Suzie asked: “Yes or no, simple answer, anymore children?”
To which Greg replied: “I’ll have to ask Billie… I think so, yeah, I think so. I think so. Look at you, like old desperate grannies, like: ‘Where are my grandchildren?'”
Elsewhere in the episode, Billie was left speechless as Greg performed a “brilliant” surprise for his family to celebrate son Arthur’s fifth birthday.
During the instalment, Greg decided to put on a surprise puppet show as he impersonated each member of his family, even including mother-in-law Suzie.
Billie said in a VT: “I’m a bit confused about what’s going on here… I had a feeling something was happening but I was not expecting to see my kitchen like this!”

It then saw Greg’s surprise as he had transformed the kitchen into his own stage and puppet show as he asked birthday boy Arthur to shout the magic word “abracadabra” as he disappeared and returned as a puppet.
“I have to say, this is brilliant. I would never, in a million years, expected it. The puppets are amazing, the kids have loved it as well,” Billie admitted.
While Greg added: “The best thing about it all was no one had a clue what I was doing…”
