Catherine Tyldesley ‘s former Coronation Street co-stars have sweetly led the congratulations to the actress after she announced she had welcomed a beautiful baby daughter.
The 38 year old actress, who is married to husband Tom Pitfield, shared the news on Thursday in a joint post on her Instagram page.
“We are so happy to announce that our beautiful daughter has arrived,” the couple posted alongside a beautiful black and white image.
“We are grateful beyond words and feel overjoyed that our family is complete.”
In the stunning snap, Catherine and Tom kept their adorable little girl’s face out of the camera but fans could see the tot’s tiny toes.

The soap actress, who also starred on Strictly Come Dancing, already shares seven year old son Alfie with her photographer husband.
Catherine, who played Eva Price on the famous ITV cobbles until 2018, was inundated with sweet messages with her former Coronation Street co-stars leading the congratulations.
Sally Metcalfe star Sally Dynevor wrote: “Congratulations xxxx.”
Maria Connor star Samia Longchambon put: “Yay she’s arrived! Biggest congratulations to you all.. can’t wait to meet her.”
Former Sinead Tinker star Katie McGlynn wrote: “Congratulations to you & your beautiful family I can’t wait to meet her.”
While Helen Flanagan, who played Rosie Webster, sweetly added: “Congratulations darling.”
“Ohhhh Yes!!!!!!! congratulations I can’t wait to see you all xx,” fellow Corrie star Brooke Vincent, who played Sophie Webster, exclaimed.
Catherine has spent weeks decorating and planning a beautiful pink and white themed bedroom for her baby daughter.

As well as stunning white furniture and a beautiful pewter coloured floral mirror for the nursery, Catherine opted for a rose peach shade on the walls, and floor-length linen curtains.
Inside the baby’s cot, which she won’t move into until six months, was a striking white swan stuffed toy that was dressed in a matching pink tulle skirt. Other adorable cuddly animals and a peach cot bumper were also laid inside.
