During the latest instalment, the ex Strictly Come Dancing pro, 45, and pro Vanessa Bauer performed to Falling by Harry Styles using umbrellas as part of props week while the routine also used rain for a “beautiful” effect.
After the performance, the duo went over to the judges as they received all 10s, scoring an incredible 40 out of 40 with the achievement leaving Brendan speechless.
Host Holly Willoughby was left equally amazed by the skate as she commented: “Oh my gosh, Brendan, that is one of those performances that will go down in Dancing On Ice history.

“Everybody is going to remember when Brendan and Vanessa danced in the rain. How was that for you?”
To which Brendan replied: “Erm, firstly, Vanessa, so great to have you back on the ice. Thank you for that skate, thanks.”
Receiving feedback from the judges, Brendan’s former Strictly co-star Oti Mabuse sweetly said: “Oh my gosh, I’m so emotional. For weeks I’ve been saying: ‘I want more and I know you’. That was the performance I was talking about!”
Viewers were also left in awe over the “beautiful” routine as they took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One person said: “Wow Brendan & Vanessa – just WOW! #DancingOnIce.”
A different account put: “Brendan and Vanessa were amazing! So 10 worthy! #DancingOnIce.”
Another follower wrote: “#DancingOnIce Wow what a truly beautiful routine [heart emojis] Brendan and Vanessa that was just stunning!! A perfect song for perfect 10’s all around.”
While a different viewer added: “The first time I’ve cried happy tears in over 2 weeks! Well done Brendan and Vanessa, my mum would have loved that routine. #DancingOnIce.”
Elsewhere during the episode, Sally Dynevor became the latest star to leave after finding herself in the dreaded skate-off with Kye Whyte and Tippy Packard.
While Connor Ball suffered a tumble on the skating rink for the second week in a row as his blade went into his leg.
