Clair Norris is having a short break from EastEnders, having played character Bernie Tayor in the soap since 2017.
The soap star now looks different to her character as she revealed her stunning new hair style in a snap on Instagram.
With long blonde locks framing her face, Clair, 24, captioned her snap: “@samssaolon2020 @sammydee79 worked her magic, thank u for my switch up.”
Since taking a break from EastEnders, Clair has been busy on other projects, including an appearance on the newly re-vamped The Weakest Link with Romesh Ranganathan.
The actress had host Romesh it fits of laughter during the show with her answer to one particular question.
Appearing alongside fellow celebs Michelle Collins, Nikki Fox and Chris Packham, Clair attempted to answer a question about celebrity children’s names. The question was, “Singer Cheryl and the actress Kate Winslet both gave birth to boys and named them after what animal?”
The correct answer is Bear – but Clair answered “a pig”, leaving everyone giggling.
As Romesh ends the round, they all laugh as he confirms they had only banked a £850 out of a possible £2500 on offer, adding: “And I am seriously going to think about calling my next kid Pig.”

Clair’s real life look is a million miles away from her character Bernie and the actress often shares glammed-up pics with her Instagram fans.
Last month she shared a photo of herself in a bright red jumper with a matching red lip and nude patterned nails. Fans were quick to give her compliments such as: “Great photo. Come back to the Square soon.”
Another said: “Lovely lady miss u so much.”
With another adding: “You look absolutely beautiful as always.”
Fans will be happy to know that EastEnders execs have confirmed that pregnant teen Bernie will be back in Walford soon. She fled for some time to herself earlier this year, and it remains to be seen whether she will go ahead with the plan to hand the baby over to surrogate parents Stuart and Rainie Highway.
Speaking about her departure, a source told The Sun: “Bernie’s exit is part of a dramatic storyline and has been known for months.
“Bosses know it will keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
“Clair remains a member of the cast and will return to filming soon.”
