Heather Peace – who many will recognise from her time as Nikki Boston in Waterloo Road – was a new face in EastEnders on Friday 29 October 2021.
The star plays feisty ex-con Eve Unwin and showed up on Albert Square in suitably dramatic fashion after meeting Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) in prison
Away from the soap, Heather lives with wife Ellie Dickinson. They had a civil partnership ceremony in 2013, before converting it into a marriage the following year.
Heather and Ellie share three gorgeous daughters; Annie Mary, born in April 2015, and twins Jessie and Lola, who were born in June 2017.

The family live in a gorgeous home in Brighton, which Heather shares the occasional peek at on her Instagram, with her 29,000 followers.
As is to be expected with three children, there are toys galore scattered around the home.
The little ones also have a lovely garden area at the back of the home to play in, which stretches out from patio doors.
They also have an adorable play area with a shed on a heightened area in the garden.
The kids’ bedroom features snug beds and wicker baskets with toys in so they can grab a cuddly toy and go.
The living room is chic, and boasts wooden floors and a large grey star print rug.
Artwork hangs from the walls and here is an impressive white piano in the space too, to tinker on.
Christmas doesn’t go unnoticed in Heather’s household, with the star revealing a gorgeously decorated tree in past years.
On joining EastEnders last year, Heather said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the cast of Eastenders and I love my character Eve. She’s tough, but fair; super bright and cheeky.
“I’m loving working with such a brilliant cast, in particular Lacey Turner. We immediately got on and sparked off each other which makes going to work easy & fun.”

She is playing a fascinating character in Eve and her arrival in Albert Square will be sure to cause a whole lot of mayhem which we can’t wait to explore, particularly through her relationship with Stacey and the rest of the Slater clan.
