He then appeared on the ITV show virtually from home to provide an update on his health.
Phillip held his lateral flow test up to the camera with the two red lines and admitted while he felt “fine” but was “worried” about Dancing On Ice on Sunday.
Rochelle Humes, 32, asked: “How are you doing? Just a sore throat or feeling any worse?”
Phillip replied: “I’m fine. I haven’t even got a sore throat now, I sneezed twice and that’s it.”
Alison, 46, joked: “Maybe it was just a little bit of dust?”
