“So unlike me. But my body was telling me to rest. I’ve just woke up.”
Adding the timestamp of 11.31am on the post, the expectant mum added: “Feeling so much better. Going to rest all day before pick up.”
Sam has kept herself more than busy during her pregnancy, carrying out several work commitments which include managing her cosmetic brand Revive Collagen, which recently launched in stores for the first time.
As well as staying on track as a successful businesswoman, the ex TOWIE star continues to look after her two children, Paul, six, and Rosie, four, whom she shares with her partner Paul Knightley.
It appeared that the extended rest had done Sam much good as she uploaded a brief clip of herself later on in the day back out of bed and dressed in a hooded parka as she was about to head out to pick up her children from school.
“Back in the game,” she captioned the photo with before adding: “Off to get babies & then we’re going to watch Sing 2 So excited. Can’t wait x.”
The reality star’s day of rest comes after she spoke along with sister Billie Faiers on their joint podcast The Sam & Billie Show about their experiences being young mums and whether or not they were ready at the time.
“We had ours quite young. I fell pregnant with little Paul almost six months after meeting Big Paul. How quick is that?” Sam said, recalling having her first baby at the age of 24.
Billie had her daughter Nellie at the similar age of 23 and mentioned how she felt now, looking back she revealed 23 “feels really young” to become a mum.
“I think this is the kind of thing that can put a lot of strain on relationships, because if one of you is ready and the other isn’t, then who is in the right to take over?” The 32 year old added.
