TV personality Scarlett Moffatt has taken to her Instagram story to share her positive outlook and New Year resolutions for 2022 with her two million followers.
The former Gogglebox star, 31, has always been open about her insecurities with body image but is making the coming year the year she embraces herself as she is.
She shared her new year resolutions in an inspiring post which included embracing her body more including her “boob gap”, as well as spending more time at home and taking up dancing again as she says “it fills my heart with joy”.
Sharing a photo of herself and boyfriend Scott Dobinson in matching pyjamas and their dog in her arms at their home, she began listing her plans for next year.

She wrote: “My New Year’s resolutions are to spend more time at home.”
She went on: “Being self-employed I am so grateful and thank my lucky stars every day for my job.
“So I’ll do this by ensuring I always have at least six days off a month.”
The I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star also shared a mirror selfie she’s shared in the past that shows her wearing a black low cut jumpsuit that shows off her cleavage.
She continued listing her New Year’s resolutions writing: “Embrace my body more. That includes my boob gap. I’m also going to start dancing again as it’s something that fills my heart with joy” and she ended the message with a purple heart emoji.
The reality favourite also listed “do dry January” among her resolutions.
She said: “And to do dry January. It’s been a crazy year where I’ve probably drank more than usual and I’m ready for a bit of a detox January.”
In a final plan for the coming year, Scarlett wants to share more with fans on her and Scott’s home account.

The TV personality shared the inspiring post just days after revealing she was feeling low over the Christmas break after spending time with her boyfriend over Christmas.
The former Queen of the Jungle didn’t explain why she was feeling low, but dressed in her Fairy Godmother outfit and about to go on stage in panto, she posted a selfie and wrote: “One of them days when you just want to cry and stay in bed for a week.”
